This limited edition block print was hand carved and pressed on Arches 90 lb paper with Caligo oil-based inks. As these are handmade, each print varies slightly in color and metallic details. Note, editions 2/7 and 3/7 have copper ink along the bottom of the circle, edition 1/7 does not.

The Quiet Hour is a 7-layer reduction block print, using one block to create a limited edition series of 3 prints. Each print is numbered, titled, and signed on the front. Prints are shipped with a backing board and cellophane sleeve for protection.
This print arose after a Scamping trip at Sugarloaf Campground in the Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest of southern Wyoming. This print features Sugarloaf Mountain just before dawn, when all is still and quiet, awaiting the moment the sun breaks over land.
